• Through a variety of techniques and online based tools we research, analyze, and indicate the most relevant and targeted keyword and keyword phrases for a particular business or organization.

• The client is updated at all time - the customer reviews the list and chooses those that are most appropriate and approves the targeted keywords for being integrated in the SEO program.

• We study the site structure, navigation, examine site map and other elements that may hinder search engines crawling and indexing your pages. After full analysis we will suggest changes to file name conventions and new page names where appropriate.

• We will add some new pages (if necessary) in example: sitemap xml file, robots text file, etc.
  
  - Using the robots.txt file we control the indexing process of the search engine robots, since not all the documents are applicable to be indexed by the search engine itself (for example admin panel, private folders, etc.)
  - The main purpose of the sitemaps is to provide information for the search engines regards the page content of a particular website. This information package contains full description of the URL addresses as well as some miscellaneous data – title, description, etc.
  

• Regards the website content and the text in particular, numbers of words per page should be determined, focusing on keywords and keywords phrases. The percentage of these of course should be pre-calculated.

• We optimize the HTML source code, be modifying the size of the files to the minimum required, checking and correcting all errors in the HTML code at the same time. Title, Meta Tags and Alt Tags, Headings are created and filled with keywords and keywords phrases. They all have specific locations and are unique for each page. We have to choose carefully the names of the text links in the menu, as well as those for the files and directories, because there is a reciprocal connection between them and the search engine.

• Upon SEO completion, the website is manually submitted in different search engines and directories, making sure it is registered and knowing exactly where.
